A common kitchen on every floor — induction for chai and Maggi at 1am (no heavy cooking), RO water, fridge and washing machine.
Washroom
Common, shared between the three students on your floor. Geyser fitted. Floor and washroom cleaned every alternate day.
Stairs
No lift — to keep you fit.
AC
Every room has one. Electricity for it is on your own meter, billed separately.
Contract
11 months, one month's rent as deposit. No short stays.
House rules
No smoking. No outside friends staying over. Beyond that, we stay out of your way.
